The 2024 Got Mobile Service Sweepstakes - Official Rules
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION:
The 2024 Got Mobile Service Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins on November 29, 2024, at 12:00 AM ET and ends on December 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period"). The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is the Doris Buffett Legacy Foundation, Inc. ("DBLF" or "Sponsor"). By participating, each entrant ("Entrant") unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. DBLF is responsible for the collection, submission, or processing of entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should direct any questions, comments, or problems related to the Sweepstakes solely to DBLF.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, the "Promotion Entities") are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also ineligible to enter or win. "Household Members" are those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. "Immediate Family Members" include parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. PRIZES:
Fifteen (15) prizes will be awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes. Each prize consists of one (1) MyBundle.TV Streaming Choice gift card in the amount of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) (each a "Prize" and collectively the “Prizes”). All Prizes must be claimed within 365 days; otherwise, they will be forfeited. The approximate retail value (ARV) of all Prizes in the aggregate is USD $225.00.Winners are responsible for any and all costs or expenses not specifically mentioned, including travel, lodging, food/beverage, and any other personal charges. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if a Prize is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the Prizes represents Sponsor’s good faith determination and is final and binding. If the actual value of a Prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety, or performance of any Prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost, damaged, or stolen Prizes.The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who meet the eligibility requirements. Prize will only be awarded to addresses within these locations, subject to all other terms and conditions of these Official Rules. All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the Prize winners. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the Prize.
4. HOW TO ENTER; ENTRIES; ENTRY LIMIT:
To enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period, complete and submit a “Speed Test” from a mobile device via the website located at https://www.gotmobileservice.org/ (the “Website”) by following the link thereon to “Run Speed Test” and following the instructions thereafter. Each completed Speed Test grants one (1) entry to the Sweepstakes. Entrants may submit Speed Tests in different locations multiple times to receive one additional entry per Speed Test, up to the Entry Cap (defined below). Alternatively, one may enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period by providing their name and email address via the Website by clicking on the “Final step! Enter your information to make it count and to enter to win.” link. [No more than five (5) entries per entrant, regardless of the method of entry (the “Entry Cap”)].Automated or robotic entries will be disqualified. Entries must be made by the Entrant. Attempts to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods will void the Entrant's entries and may result in disqualification. All entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period. Entrants under 18 years of age will not be counted. Participants must verify their age with Sponsor before receiving the Prize.
5. WINNER SELECTION:
The Winner(s) of the Sweepstakes will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted promptly following the Promotion Period by DBLF, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. POTENTIAL WINNER NOTIFICATION:
Each potential winner (“Potential Winner”) will be notified by email at the address provided to verify eligibility. Potential Winner must accept a Prize as directed by Sponsor within one week of notification and must be available at the time of Prize award and fulfillment. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in Prize forfeiture. If a Potential Winner does not accept the Prize, a replacement winner will be selected in the same manner as described in Section 5. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification due to inactive email accounts, technical difficulties, or Winner’s failure to monitor their email account. Potential Prize winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively the “Prize Claim Documents"). No substitution or transfer of a Prize is permitted except by Sponsor.
7. PRIVACY:
Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor, available here: Privacy Policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to the Sponsor's use of your email address and any other personal information for administration and Prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available Winners list.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
By entering this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Sponsor harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Sponsor will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive Prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the Prizes. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Vermont. Any disputes arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, before a court located in the State of Vermont. Participants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
9. SOCIAL NETWORK DISCLAIMER:
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform on which it may be promoted, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. You are providing your information to the Sponsor, not to any social media platform.
10. APPEARANCE AND LOCATION RELEASE:
If you are selected as a winner, you consent to the creation by or on behalf of DBLF of photographs and audio/audiovisual recordings in connection with the Prize administration, which may include your likeness and that of your guests. You hereby grant DBLF and its affiliates the right to use your name, image, likeness, and any associated materials without compensation, in any medium, in connection with or arising from this Sweepstakes.
